Payments
Lessons are paid in blocks of 4, upfront. Your payment secures your time slot.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or move a lesson, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
Teacher Cancellations
If I ever need to cancel, I’ll always reschedule or credit the lesson.
Scheduling
Lessons run on agreed days and times. Please be on time so we can make the most of your session.
Practice and Materials
Bring your books (or have them ready for online lessons) and aim for regular practice between lessons — it makes all the difference.
